- Analytics. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode and client IP addresses are redacted before logging.
- Suggestion Box and Contact submissions. Suggestions are sent to Netlify and emailed to site admins. Email addresses are only used for correspondence and not for marketing.

To understand which categories and listings people use, and receive suggestions and messages from the community.
Who we share it with
PostHog Inc. (analytics) and Netlify, Inc. (form handling and site hosting). We don't sell data or share it.
How long we keep it
Analytics events are kept per PostHog's standard retention. Suggestion Box and Contact submissions are kept until actioned and according to Netlify data retention.
